Press Release On July 17, 2003, Ms. Shotts-Neff, President of Chesapeake Bay Management, Inc. was awarded the prestigious Large Scale Manager™ designation from the Community Associations Institute (CAI). This professional certification is awarded only to experienced large scale managers who hold an active Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM)® designation. A large-scale community is defined as a single, contiguous community with a minimum of 1,200 units and 1,000 acres, and an annual operating budget of at least $1.5 million. |
